Get Advised on the Statesboro Campus

To make an appointment with your advisor:

  1. Log on to your MyGeorgiaSouthern account.
  2. Click on “Make an Advisement Appointment”.
  3. Click on “Get Advising”.
  4. Follow prompts to schedule your appointment with your advisor.

Get Advised Online

If you are a current WCHP major on the Liberty or Statesboro Campus that has attended Georgia Southern University for at least 2 full semesters, have 30 or more credit hours completed and are eligible to register yourself for your classes, you may complete your advisement session online! Please note that submission of a request form does not guarantee an online advisement session if you do not meet the eligibility requirements.

*If you receive an error accessing the online advisement form, please try one of the following:

  • Be sure you are logged into your Georgia Southern University Google account, not a personal Google account.
  • Try using a different browser (e.g. switch from Chrome to Internet Explorer).
  • Open an incognito window.
    • In Chrome, click Ctrl+Shift+N or go to Menu and select “New incognito window”.
    • For Internet Explorer (IE) ,click Ctrl+Shift+P or right click the IE icon on your desktop and select “Start InPrivate Browsing”.

Clinical Internship/Practicum Experience Update

Many of the clinical programs offered by the Waters College of Health Professions require a clinical internship or practicum experience to fulfill degree requirements.  Pursuant to the University's legal agreements, participants in clinical experiences are required to abide by the workplace rules of the clinical site. Sometimes these rules include vaccination requirements. As always, WCHP will continue to make every effort to place students at clinical sites. However, please be aware that we may be unable to locate a site to accept unvaccinated students, which may cause a delay or inability to progress and complete the program of study.
