Enroll in Duo

Enrolling in Duo’s two factor authentication service is simple. Now, with self-enrollment options, Georgia Southern faculty, staff, and students can enroll in the service in a way that’s efficient and convenient. Follow the steps below to safeguard yourself against identity theft, phishing attacks, and other cyber attacks.

Step 1: Enable Duo

Once you’ve selected the “Enable Duo” option, your account will be included for Duo enrollment within the hour. The next time you log in to your MyGS portal services, you’ll be prompted to begin the enrollment process.


Step 2: Select Authentication Method

A smartphone or tablet with the Duo Mobile App is the fastest and easiest way to use Duo, but we do support other authentication methods. Choose from the options below to learn how to enroll your device.

Step 3: Register Your Device

After you’ve enabled Duo in the MyGS portal, you’ll be prompted to complete the enrollment process. Using the instructions for the authentication method you selected above, complete the steps to register your device.
