The
generosity of Georgia Southern University faculty, staff and students has made
possible the collection of over 150 sweatshirts, coats, hats, gloves and
scarves for men, women and children. These items have been cleaned free of
charge by the Greener Cleaners of Statesboro and will be available for faculty
and staff in need on the following day:
· Tuesday, Dec. 20; 4 - 7 pm.; Russell Union, Room 2047
Staff members are limited to five items each. Non-selected items will be donated to Safe Haven Women's Shelter and the Statesboro Service League.
If you are interested in volunteering to organize donated items or have questions, contact your divisional staff council representative or email staffcouncil@georgiasouthern.edu.
