Georgia Southern University's Military Affairs Department will celebrate the 223rd birthday of the U.S. Coast Guard with a program at noon today at the Military Resource Center in the Nessmith Lane Conference Center, 847 Plant Drive.The birthday celebration is free and open to everyone.
