Eagle Dining Services Needs Your Feedback
To ensure Eagle Dining Services is meeting and exceeding student needs, an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is being conducted. Let your voice be heard by visiting http://www.nacufscustomersurvey.com. Five lucky individuals who respond to the survey will receive a $25 Dining Dollar Gift Card good for purchases at all Eagle Dining Services locations. Winners will be selected at random.
A personalized login code has been sent to all
dining plan holders’ student email accounts. The survey has also been sent to faculty
and staff. Participants will be asked to enter the login code and rate as many
dining locations as they wish, to assist the University in
improving services offered in areas such as food quality, menu options and overall
dining experience.
"As
a member of Auxiliary Services, we are always invested in elevating what we do
and giving students, faculty/staff and visitors of our campus the best
experience possible. The feedback we receive from this survey will provide us
with quality information towards giving everyone what they want in an on campus
dining program," says Michael Murphy, marketing coordinator for Eagle
Dining Services.
All responses are confidential. The login code
is only used to let Eagle Dining Services and Georgia Southern University know
who has participated so that an incentive may be provided. Participant’s
responses will go directly to an independent third party research firm and
those identities will not be associated.
The
survey ends on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
