Georgia Southern’s spring break is Monday, March 17 - Friday, March 21, and Health Services and the Office of Alcohol and Other Drugs Programs are hosting Spring Break Safety Awareness Week now to promote proactive safety tips and safe fun during the week-long break.
Wednesday, March 5
“Sex on the Beach” | Russell Union, Room 2047 | 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
This event offers students free HIV testing and important information about
safe sexual practices.
Thursday, March 6
Arrive Alive Tour | Russell Union Rotunda | 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Participants will get to experience the real dangers of drinking while driving and will receive exclusive giveaways.
Friday, March 7
“Be a Safe Eagle Day”
Students will be encouraged to make safe travel plans, exchange emergency information and review safety tips.
