Donations Needed for 17th Annual Holiday Helper Tree

Georgia Southern University’s Holiday Helper Tree is still in need of donations that will help give those less fortunate in our community a happy holiday season.
 
To help, all you have to do is take a tag from the Holiday Helper Tree located in the Russell Union. Buy the gift listed on the tag and return it to volunteers at the tree no later than Nov. 29.
 
Most of the items listed on the gift tags are simple requests, but ones that will mean a great deal to the children, elderly, and disabled community members who may not otherwise receive a gift this holiday.
 
The Holiday Helper Tree is sponsored by the Office of Student Leadership and Civic Engagement and the Sociology and Anthropology Department.
