International ERG

Overview

The International Employee Resource Group (I-ERG) is to be a strategic partner with the Office of Inclusive Excellence at Georgia Southern University and shall exist solely to promote a culture of inclusive excellence and belonging among faculty and staff.

Mission

The International ERG will promote a culture of inclusion through continual learning and interaction. The International ERG will advance the understanding and inclusion of employees with a common background, set of interests and/or goals. The International ERG will provide a welcoming environment to international faculty and staff on all campuses. The vision, mission, goals, and activities of the International ERG are focused on 1) creating a safe space for its members; 2) building a culture that fosters awareness, respect, and inclusion in the workplace; and 3) advancing the growth, career development, leadership, social connections, and success of international employees at Georgia Southern University.

ERG Focus

The International ERG aims to support, through programming and resources, any international employee at Georgia Southern University. All employees are welcomed to join and support our focus.
