Women’s Leadership ERG

Overview

The Women’s Leadership Employee Resource Group (WL-ERG) is to be a strategic partner with the Office of Inclusive Excellence at Georgia Southern University and shall exist solely to promote a culture of inclusive excellence and belonging among faculty and staff.

Mission

The Women’s Leadership ERG aims to enhance the professional lives of women at Georgia Southern University by providing them with an avenue to gain leadership skills and seek career mentoring in a supportive environment. Participants in the WL-ERG propose, plan and lead session topics that address professional development interests, public/university policy, and other areas of interests that impact women employed by or enrolled at Georgia Southern University.

ERG Focus

The Women’s Leadership ERG aims to support, through programming and resources, faculty, staff or professional students who identify as women at Georgia Southern University. All employees are welcomed to join and support our focus.
