Workshops & Drop-In Groups

You do not need to be a current client of the Counseling Center in order to attend a workshop or open group. All workshops are completely free and open to all students! Please check each workshop or group’s location and modality; some workshops are in-person on a particular campus, some are online, and others might have a hybrid option. You do not need to attend every week; these are designed so you can drop in any week that you are interested and available!

In order to be respectful of all who choose to attend, video and/or audio recording is not allowed under any circumstances (class assignments, news articles, etc.).

Can’t make it to a workshop? Check out our recorded workshops we have available on-demand. Also check out the Academic Success Center’s list of workshops and presentations.

Have questions? Please contact the Counseling Center at 912-478-5541 (Statesboro) and 912-344-2529 (Armstrong) if you have any questions.
