Purchasing a Permit

To purchase online, log in to the Parking & Transportation Web Portal. You may also access the web portal via MyGS under Parking and Transportation > Parking Permits & Citations. Any outstanding parking citations must be settled prior to purchasing a permit. You may also purchase your permit in-office during normal business hours Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Students with a lot preference should purchase their permits as early as possible. Popular parking lots begin selling out a month before classes begin. There is a $5 fee for each additional vehicle registered to a permit. All permit values are pro-rated throughout the academic year. You can only purchase ONE permit

Changes, Updates and Refunds

Changes to your permit, such as adding/editing/removing vehicles, changing locations or requesting an early permit expiration/termination can be done via the web portal. Simply select the permit to see available options and their associated fees. You must choose ONE zone or lot to park in when purchasing your permit. You cannot have multiple permits. All permits allow you to park in lot 12, the RAC and the Paulson Football Stadium.

Students can purchase commuter permits in the following zones and gain access to any of the lots within that Zone:

Zone 1: Lots 11, 13, and 21
Zone 2: Lots 29, 30, 31 and 32
Zone 3: Lot 42
