Premium Wifi Connection
GS Premium is Georgia Southern’s premiere wifi network, and the most secure and seamless way to connect to the campus network for students, faculty, and staff. GS Premium uses a digital certificate to automatically authenticate. This not only reduces the risk of phishing and password theft, but also ensures a faster, more reliable connection experience—especially for frequently used devices. Keep reading to lean how to get connected.
Getting Connected
Follow the steps below to connect to GS Premium:
- If you’re already connected to a wireless network, navigate to our Get Connected page. If you’re not already connected to a network, you can use the GS Get Connected wireless network to navigate to the Get Connected page.
- Click the I Have a MyGS Account button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to join GS Premium, download, and install the certificate (DMG).
- Join the GS Premium wireless network by selecting the network on your device’s wireless menu.
