American Red Cross Training
Registration for all classes is handled at Member Services located on the first floor of the Recreation Activity Center (RAC).
CPR/AED/First Aid Training
You can save a life! This class will teach you how to perform ventilations, chest compressions, how to provide aid to someone choking, learn how to care for someone who is having a seizure, how to control external bleeding, how to aid victims of bone injuries and more. With successful completion of this class, you will obtain an American Red Cross First Aid and CPR Adult, Child and Infant with AED certification valid for 2 years.
