I forgot to register for a presentation, can I still attend?
Students who did not register for a GS CAREs presentation will still be allowed entry. However, if less than 15 students register for a presentation, the presentation will be canceled so we encourage all students to register to avoid cancellation. Please note that presentations do reach maximum capacity quickly, students will be turned away once capacity is reached.
Why was I turned away because of maximum capacity being reached if I registered for the presentation?
Registration ensures that the presentation will not be canceled due to low attendance, it does not guarantee the student a seat in the presentation. Students who did not register for a GS CAREs presentation will still be allowed entry. Students are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before the presentation to ensure entry. Students who arrive more than 10 minutes late to a presentation will not be allowed entry.
