Alcohol Edu Training for Undergraduates
Alcohol Edu, a required course for all first-year undergraduate students created by Vector Solutions. This course encourages students to reflect on their drinking behaviors and encourages safe decision making. This course is required for first year undergraduate students entering their first semester at GS. This course is 140 minutes in length, followed by a brief survey. Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates
Sexual Assault Prevention training is a requirement for first-year undergraduate students created by Vector Solutions. This Title IX and Clery Act Training engages students in fostering healthy relationships and preparing them to recognize and respond to sexual assault and harassment when it occurs. This course is required for first year undergraduate students entering their first semester at GS. This course is 75 minutes in length, followed by a brief survey. The due date for this course in the Fall 2024 semester is December 1, 2024. Students should use this link to access their course: https://georgiasouthernstudents-ga.vectorlmsedu.com/.
Sexual Assault Prevention for Graduates
Sexual Assault Prevention training is a requirement for incoming graduate students created by Vector Solutions. This Title IX and Clery Act Training engages students in fostering healthy relationships and preparing them to recognize and respond to sexual assault and harassment when it occurs. This course is required for first year graduate students entering their first semester at GS. This course is 70 minutes, followed by a brief survey. Graduate students are not required to complete a harm reduction course on alcohol. The due date for this course in the Fall 2024 semester is December 1, 2024. Troubleshooting/Technological Issues
If you are experiencing issues accessing Vector using the links that have been provided or have received the attached error message when trying to access Vector, please try all of these troubleshooting tips to fix the issue:
- Make sure you are using a recent version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. If you have any pending updates, they may need to be completed to move forward with training.
- Clear your browser’s cache, this will typically be located in your browser’s history settings. Locate your browser’s history and clear/delete browsing data.
- Restart your browser. Note: On a Mac you’ll need to fully quit the browser
- It is possible that divide-specific browser extensions and/or pop-up blockers may be interfering with your training. Try accessing the training from another browser to rule out this possibility.
- Try using an incognito/private window to access the training. Once you have an incognito window open on your browser, log into your account and then launch the training.
Exemption Requests
The Director of Student Wellness & Health Promotion will review requests for exemptions to the graduate and undergraduate vector courses on a case-by-case basis. Please submit a request for exemption from the Vector Course using this FORM.
