Napkin Holder Insert Request

Please fill out the following form if you would like to advertise your event/promotion in our napkin holders in Dining Commons, Lakeside DC, or The Galley DC. Requests for the napkin holder inserts are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The requestor must receive approval and inserts must meet the following guidelines:

• Legible text, photos and fonts
• Must be 4.25” x 6.5” in size, horizontal/landscape orientation, and of moderate to high print quality
• Artwork must be approved by the Director of Marketing for Auxiliary Services (Email auxmarketing@georgiasouthern.edu for artwork approval).
• The requestor is responsible for the design, printing and payment of inserts
• All submissions are due and printed collateral must be delivered to the facility you are requesting placement in by the last Monday of the month prior to when they will be displayed.
• Eagle Dining Services reserves the ability to deny any submissions that do not meet these requirements
