Participate in the Livesafe Scavenger Hunt
Students, staff and faculty are invited to participate in a scavenger hunt to win a variety of prizes like Amazon gift cards, GS Eagle clothing, free tanning and more.
The free LiveSafe app allows the Georgia Southern community members to submit tips to the University Police Department 24/7 and “virtually escort” friends and colleagues to destinations on a real-time map.
Here’s how to join the scavenger hunt:
- Download the free LiveSafe app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- From September 23 to 26th:
- Take a selfie next to an AED box, and Stop the Bleed sticker found on the AED box.
- Take a selfie with a University Police Officer, or photo of a University patrol car.
- Take a selfie standing next to Emergency Call Box (do not open or press button).
- Select “Submit Tips” on the LiveSafe app home screen, then select the “Scavenger Hunt” button.
- Upload and send all three pictures through the “Scavenger Hunt” button by 5 p.m. September 26th.
- Only one submission will be accepted per Georgia Southern student, staff or faculty member. Before you press “send,” please be sure to enter a message with your name and your phone number where we can reach you for prizes, under the “non-emergency details.”

Georgia Southern students and employees who have already downloaded the LiveSafe app are eligible to participate. Winners will be selected at random.
