The William P. Ehling, Employee of the Year Award
The William P. Ehling, CRI Employee of the Year Award is presented annually to an undergraduate who models servant leadership in all aspects of their position. They have been recognized for their commitment and dedication to CRI. Their teamwork is held in high esteem by their peers. Their maturity, knowledge, and influential nature are relied upon by the professional staff. This individual is an experienced employee who has provided service or programs early in the morning, late at night, on the weekends, and during breaks. This person has displayed the ability and aptitude to take on responsibility that far surpasses that of the job description. The CRI Employee of The Year brings meaning to Personal Responsibility In Daily Excellence.
Deserving Dozen
The Deserving Dozen is awarded each January to CRI undergraduate student employees with the highest cumulative GPA.

Leader of the Pack Award
The Leader of the Pack Award is presented to a CRI student employee who has clearly established him/herself as a leader within CRI. Three awards are given each month. Once a student has been recognized as a “Leader of the Pack” he/she will always be a “Leader of the Pack.”
Nominees must meets all of the following criteria:
- Completed at least one full semester as an employee of CRI.
- Is currently in “good academic” standing (GPA of 2.0 or higher).
- Consistently models the ideals and ethics of our program.
- Professionally and responsibly completes all tasks associated with her/her position.
- Positively influences co-workers.
- Supervisor is proud to have him/her as an employee in their program.
- Leads by example (action and attitude).
- Willingly supports co-workers efforts.
- Enthusiastically engages in work-related tasks.
- Embraces leadership opportunities.
- Willingly seeks to learn and improve his/her work efforts.
- Has earned the respect of his/her peers & Supervisor(s).
