The Group Fitness program at CRI has something for everyone! Whether you are looking to tone, lose weight, reduce stress, gain flexibility, or just have fun, group fitness is the place to be!
Classes are offered to RAC members at no charge.

Soulful Flow
Chill out and unwind with Soulful Yoga! Enjoy smooth R&B and soul beats as you flow through relaxing poses and deep breaths. It’s the ultimate stress reliever to recharge and reconnect with yourself. All levels welcome—come vibe with us and let the music and movement refresh your mind and body!
Pilates Move
Join our R&B-themed Pilates Matwork class for a workout that’s both effective and exhilarating! We’ll guide you through classic Pilates exercises while moving to a vibrant R&B soundtrack. Perfect for all levels, this class combines strength-building and flexibility with the irresistible rhythms of R&B music. Get ready to work out and vibe out!
Pedal to the Medal
Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping ride in this fun, power-packed cycle class! Expect a high-energy atmosphere with intense music to keep you motivated as you power through hills, sprints, jumps and intervals. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just looking for a fierce workout, this class will make the sweat worth while!
Upbeat Flow
Upbeat Flow is a yoga class open to all levels of experience. This class focuses on the core principles of flexibility, mobility, and strengthening while listening to different themed playlists each week.
Yoga & Deep Stretch
This all levels class is designed to relax the mind and body while stretching the major muscle groups. Whether you’re stopping in to get a quick yoga stretch or pairing this session with your favorite workout, you’ll leave feeling more flexible and balanced. Deep Stretch uses yoga to release tension and expand mobility, leaving you relaxed and refreshed.
Pedal and Power
Join us for a 45 minute cycling class to get your heart rate up! Come pedal and use your power to kill this class. Bring a water bottle and sweat the day away! All levels welcome.
Yoga Sculpt
This class offers a blend of traditional yoga, light cardio, and strength work, and is geared toward increasing muscle strength and flexibility. We will be using light free weights with unique sequencing to keep the class unique from week to week! Get ready to sweat and have fun!
Pilates Power Hour
Pilates exercises with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) principles. In this class, you’ll perform Pilates movements, which focus on core strength, flexibility, and alignment, but with the intensity and pace of HIIT.
Dance Dynamics
A interactive class that gets you up and dancing to all kinds of rhythms and grooves!
So you think you CAN’T dance
Unleash your inner dancer in “So You Think You CAN’T Dance,” a class designed to challenge and transform your fitness routine through movement. Whether you’re new to dance or looking to refine your skills, this class promises a high-energy workout that boosts both body and spirit. Discover that you absolutely can dance, and leave feeling empowered and exhilarated!
Eagle Circuit
Soar to new fitness heights in this full-body circuit workout. This high-intensity circuit combines powerful movements and precision exercises to build overall strength, enhance core stability, and boost muscular endurance.
Rise and Spin
Rise and spin offers a fun, intense workout that will leave you feeling accomplished and ready for more. Join us and discover the thrill of cycling like never before!
Total Body Strength
Get your heart rate up with this full body workout. This class will help with muscular and cardiovascular endurance and strength. Come jam out with us while we put our bodies to the test! Great for all fitness levels.
Rise and Grind / On Sat We Cycle
Come start your day off in the saddle. Enjoy a fun ride to all your favorite tunes with multiple different exercises on the bike. Bring a water bottle.
Move to the Beat
Move to the beat is a fun, high-energy workout experience that keeps you excited to exercise and return for more!
Spin Me Right Round
Spin Me Right Round is a 45-minute cycle class designed to boost your endurance and energy. This high-energy workout combines motivating music, dynamic intervals, and challenging climbs to help you burn calories and build strength. Whether you’re an experienced cyclist or new to the bike, this class offers a supportive environment to push your limits and achieve your fitness goals.
Wind-Down Yoga
Wind down for the night with a deep stretch, sculpting, and meditation.
Barre
Get ready to meet at the Barre! Barre is a mix of movements from ballet, yoga, and pilates to build strength, flexibility, and agility and those muscles you don’t hit in regular workouts! Bring a water bottle and a pair of socks or grip socks or if you have them! All levels welcome!
