What is Small Group Training?

Small Group Training is a group training program that offers unique training styles in a setting that allows adequate attention to each individual.

Sessions run for 6 weeks and meet twice a week for a total of 12 classes per session! At $75 a session (roughly $6 a class) SGT is an affordable option too good to pass up! See session dates below.

Build & BurnBuild muscle and burn calories! This class incorporates a combination of weights and cardio to give you the all-in-one workout you are looking for!M/W

Abs & AssetsThis energized class focuses on your core (abdominal muscles and lower body (quads, hamstrings, glutes) strength to help you build a strong base.

Flexibility & MobilityThis class teaches you the difference between flexibility and mobility and why all age groups need both types of movements. You will also be shown ways to incorporate both into your workouts. This class is open to all fitness levels and meets once a week. Ideally, you would pair this class with other Small Group Training sessions, but it can also be taken as a standalone class.F12:15pm- 1:00pmRegister Here!
Lift SyncThis class is a great way to switch it up and have some fun in your workouts! Come ready to sweat and lift to the beat of some of your favorite tunes! Anyone and everyone is welcome to come jam out while working out! This class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00pm-6:15pm. T/R5:00pm - 6:00pmRegister Here!
Lift & Learn
Group Training environment meets individualized strength and muscle building. Members will experience a class aimed at developing strength and improving body composition by building muscle. This class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:00 in the conditioning room. M/W

Who is Small Group Training for?

That’s the best part! Small Group Training is for anyone! Many of our classes require no exercise experience to get started. It’s great for those looking to get into fitness or step up their current workout routine.
